Kindall Baker

Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW

Kindall Baker, LCSW, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for every client. Kindall practices active and reflective listening, values each person’s perspective, and works collaboratively with clients to identify goals and develop strategies for meaningful change.

Kindall’s approach is strengths-based and empowerment-focused, emphasizing clients’ inherent capacities, talents, values, and hopes. Through evidence-based practices (EBPs), she helps individuals build self-confidence, self-worth, and self-efficacy—developing tools that promote resilience and lasting well-being.

Kindall is trained and experienced in assessing mental health conditions and providing therapy and support for:

  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), including complex, childhood, and sexual trauma

  • Anxiety and depression

  • Co-occurring disorders

  • Early intervention for psychosis

  • Disaster behavioral health and victim services

  • Loss and grief

  • Life transitions

  • LGBTQ+ affirming care

She is also trained in several trauma-informed therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Kindall has extensive experience working with trauma survivors, first responders, veterans, and individuals navigating a wide range of life challenges.

Jason Tate

Professional Counselor Associate

Jason Tate is a registered associate for professional counseling who works with individuals seeking support through anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. With over 30 years of professional experience across psychiatric day treatment, acute hospitalization, school counseling, and individual, group, and family therapy, he brings a depth of knowledge and perspective to the therapeutic process.
 
Jason specializes in working with children and adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, and a range of behavioral disorders. He also has extensive experience supporting couples and families, utilizing a Structural Family Therapy lens to strengthen relationships and improve communication.
 
He is especially passionate about helping clients build self-awareness, develop healthier coping strategies, and feel more grounded in their daily lives. With a warm and collaborative style, Jason strives to create a space where clients can show up as they are without judgment.
Jason holds two Master of Arts degrees in Marriage & Family Therapy and in School Counseling/Consulting from Bushnell University (formerly Northwest Christian University). He integrates evidence-based approaches with genuine connection, recognizing that meaningful change happens when people feel safe, understood, and empowered.
 
As a registered associate with the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists, Jasonabides by the Board’s Code of Ethics. He is supervised by Kindall Baker, a licensed clinical social worker and therapist, and is happy to answer any questions about his supervision or professional role.
