Better Life Chiropractic and Massage will remain the same. We are now adding in Better Life Intellective Healing, a comprehensive ethical approach to behavioral health and counseling.

Tory Naugle, DC, CCSP

Dr. Naugle was born and raised in Roseburg, attended undergrad at Linfield College, and in 2004 received a Doctorate of Chiropractic at the University of Western States in Portland, Or. In 2009 Dr. Naugle completed training to become a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, making him one of the only CCSP’s in our area. Dr. Naugle founded Better Life Chiropractic & Massage in 2006. He primarily practices with gentle Diversified technique and incorporates the Thompson drop and intersegmental flexion-distraction care. With his certification as a Chiropractic Sports Physician Dr. Naugle has extensive education in sports related injuries, including focus on extremities, emergency medicine, and orthotics.

Interests: Hunting, fishing, camping, archery, and spending time with his wife Amanda, son Brooks, and daughter Emma.

Ashley Jarrett, DC

Dr.Jarrett was born in Roseburg, OR and raised out in Glide. In 2015, she graduated from Glide High School and went onto UCC. In 2017 she obtained her associated degree from UCC in arts and science. After UCC, she moved to La Grande, OR to attend Eastern Oregon University. She graduated in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology and a minor in Chemistry. After Eastern Oregon University she attended University of Western States in Portland, OR where she obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2023. She is trained in gentle diversified techniques utilizing the Thompson drop table and intersegmental flexion-distraction table, Instrument assisted soft tissue technique (IASTM), and Kinesio-taping. Dr.Jarrett joined the Better Life team in November of 2023. 

Kindall Baker, LCSW

We are excited to introduce Kindall Baker, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 18 years of experience in the mental health field.

She brings expertise in trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, LGBTQ + issues, and more.

Her approach is grounded in respect, empowerment, and evidence-based practices including EMDR, CBT, PE and CPT. She’s passionate about helping clients build confidence, resilience, and hope.
